Fales - Grace Weber

I thought Fales was ok, not the most exciting. My favorite part about the presentation was the guy who gave it to us. He seemed like he was a guy with a pretty dry sense of humor, i liked it. I thought he did a great job laying out the books on the table for us, putting them in chronological order and everything. I was suprised to see how many relatively recent books they had from the village area. I guess most times when I go look at a library's special collections (like I do it all the time) I expect to see these old, decaying books from the 1700's. When he pulled out the books from the 80's and even 90's, I realized that they are collecting pieces of history every day. It was crazy to think what kids 100 years from now will think when they look at a book from 2008 and describe it as "old and decaying".
